Will colours look exactly the same in person?

Can I exchange sizes?

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase before production begins.

Do you take returns?

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders of $75 or more.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Since all items are made-to-order, delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability and destination but approximate 5-10 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Do you offer tracking on shipments?

Yes — tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Will I receive my items together?

Some items may ship separately depending on the products ordered and production partner availability.
